作者简介：赵和平，山西河津人，男，主任医师，【摘要】目的：观察原发性三叉神经痛患者应用吡柔比星行神经鞘膜内注射治疗后的临床疗效。方法 选择2007-12~2010-7间中国人民解放军第264医院口腔科原发性三叉神经痛患者700例，其中男性356例，女性344例，均采用手术显露神经支后行鞘膜内注射吡柔比星。并在术前、术后1周、术后1个月、术后12个月及术后24个月分别对患者进行口头数字化分级表(VNRS)评估。结果 将术后四个时间段记录的VNRS分数，分别与术前VNRS分数进行比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而术后四个时间段记录的VNRS分数相互之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 神经鞘膜内注射吡柔比星治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床疗效明显。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of intrathecal administration of Pirarubicin on primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Seven hundred patients who had primary trigeminal neuralgia were involved in this study. After exposing the nerves, Pirarubicinwasinjected by intrathecal administration.
