通讯作者：吴玉敏(1975-)，女，汉族，北京人，本科学历，副主任医师，研究方向：中西医结合，针灸治疗脑血管病。【摘要】目的：探讨养血荣筋丸治疗老年伴低钙血症肌肉痉挛临床疗效。方法：将120例老年伴低钙血症肌肉痉挛患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。对照组采用西医治疗，观察组在此基础上加服养血荣筋丸，治疗1个月后观察疗效。结果：观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为91.7%、78.3%，观察组明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：养血荣筋丸治疗老年伴低钙血症肌肉痉挛疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the treatment of elderly nourishing wing ribs pill hypocalcemia with muscle spasms clinical efficacy. Methods: 120 cases of elderly patients with hypocalcemia muscle spasms were randomly divided into observation group and control group 60 cases. Control group using Western medicine treatment, observation group on the basis of additional services nourishing wing ribs pills, one month after treatment efficacy. Results: The treatment group and the control group, the total effective rate was 91.7%, 78.3%, respectively, in the observation group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: nourishing wing ribs pill treatment of elderly with hypocalcemia muscle spasms significant effect, worthy of clinical application. ......
