乳腺叶状肿瘤的影像学特征及分析

【摘要】目的，通过对乳腺叶状肿瘤X线、超声及MRI的检查，分析探讨其各自表现特征，以提高诊断水平.方法：回顾性分析23例经病理证实的乳腺叶状肿瘤影像学表现:其中23例均行超声检查、15例行X线检查、MRI超声检查8例。结果:23例乳腺叶状肿瘤中，良性9例，交界性6例，恶性8例；15例X线检查：表现为圆形或类圆形(2例)及分叶状(13例)，密度较均匀的致密影、边缘清晰的分叶状肿块12例，2例肿块内见钙化灶；23例超声不均匀中低回声18例，血流较丰富、，8例MRI检查平扫T1WI均呈等信号或较低信号，T2WI及DWI均呈高信号，2例呈低信号分隔。

【Abstract】Objective: by means of X-ray， ultrasound and MRI of phyllodes tumors of the breast examination， analysis and discussion of their respective features， in order to improve the diagnostic level.。Methods: a retrospective analysis of 23 patients with breast phyllodes tumor pathologically confirmed findings: 8 cases in which 23 cases were examined by ultrasound， 15 cases of X-ray， MRI examination.。Results: 23 cases of breast phyllodes tumors， 9 were benign， 6 borderline， 8 m alignant cases; 15 cases: X-ray examination showed round or oval (2 cases) and lobulation (13 cases) ......
