【摘要】目的:观察肿瘤患者及家属的心理弹性对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院2013年1月至2013年6月诊治的晚期肿瘤癌患者50例，应用生活质量核心量表(EORTC QI，Q-C30)，分析对比在给予患者及家属心理弹性后，50名肿瘤患者生活质量的变化。结果: 在给予心理弹性后，肺癌患者的总体健康状况明显好转，而症状及特异性项目减轻。结论: 运用医学心理学知识及沟通技巧，及时发现肿瘤患者及家属的心理问题、针对原因采取有效的心理弹性措施，可有效提高肿瘤患者的生活质量，最大程度延长患者的生命。

    Our hospital from January 2011 to June 2011 cancer diagnosis and treatment of 50 patients with advanced cancer, the application of the core quality of lifescale (EORTC QI, Q-C30), analysis and comparison of patients and their families in a given psychological intervention, 50 patients with advanced cancerpatients quality of life changes.
