作者简介：李儒杰，男，主管药师。研究方向：医院药学。【摘要】 目的:结合我院专科专病的特点，分析我院院内中药制剂的应用情况及趋势，为合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2011-2013年院内中药制剂的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)及药物利用指数(DUI)等进行统计、分析。 结果：我院院内中药制剂的销售金额和DDDs均逐年增加，其中丁桂活络膏、郑氏舒活酊在我院院内中药制剂中占主导地位，近三年各个药物DDC均保持稳定，用药同步性较好。结论：我院院内中药制剂的应用基本合理，疗效显著、价格合理的品种在临床中占据优势，应用前景广阔，但个别品种仍需进一步加强管理和规范。

【Abstract】Objective: Combining the characteristics of the specialist and special disease in our hospital, the purpose of this study is to analyze the applications and trends of our hospital preparations.
