【摘要】目的：探讨维持男性精神分裂症患者吸烟行为原因及其护理措施。方法：选取我院自2012年1月-2014年1月以来收治的168例男性精神分裂症患者的临床资料，分析其吸烟行为。结果：患者PANSS阴性症状分量表得分与FTND总分呈负相关，抗精神病药物的应用剂量均与FTND总分成正相关。结论：男性精神分裂症患者的吸烟行为干预应持续进行，同时还应结合正性情绪强化治疗，提高控烟效果。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the causes of schizophrenia patients smoking behavior to maintain the male spirit and the nursing measures. Methods: in our hospital from 2012 January -2014 year in January has treated 168 cases of male schizophrenic patients with clinical data, analysis of the smoking behavior.
