【摘要】 目的 总结腔镜腔镜下甲状腺良性肿瘤切除术后的护理体会。方法对我科10例患者术前做好全面的宣教和准备工作,术后作好病情观察与并发症的观察与护理 结果 10例患者手术均获成功,术后恢复良好,出血量约45~90ml,无手术并发症发生,4-6天出院,颈部无疤痕,美容效果好。结论 充分的术前准备，良好的心理护理，加上术后密切观察和预防并发症的发展，是成功手术的保证。
