【摘要】 传统乳腺癌根治术行腋窝淋巴结清扫时常只强调对胸长、胸背神经的保留，很少或根本不保留肋间臂神经，因而有不少患者常于手术后感患侧上臂及腋后部皮肤有疼痛、麻木、烧灼感等不适症状。笔者认为在乳腺癌仿根治术中保留肋间臂神经可有效地防止术后上臂内侧皮肤感觉障碍，能明显改善患者术中生活质量。

    【Abstract】 the traditional lines of axillary lymph node cleaning the breast cancer radical often only emphasize on the chest, thoracic dorsal nerve retained long, little or no intercostals arm nerve preservation, thus many patients often feel after operation of back side of the upper arm and axillary skin symptoms such as pain, numbness, burning sensation. The author thinks that retains the intercostals arms in the imitation of breast cancer radical nerve can effectively prevent postoperative upper arm medial skin feeling obstacle, can significantly improve the patients quality of life.
