微创与传统手术治疗脊柱膝关节对比研究(1)

【摘要】目的:探讨脊柱膝关节损伤患者中采用微创和传统手术治疗的临床效果。方法:对来我院接受手术治疗的66例患者入院资料进行分析，根据患者手术治疗时间分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统手术治疗，实验组采用微创手术治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：实验组94%患者治疗效果较好，高于对照组(75.6%)；实验组94%患者对我院治疗比较满意，优于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组出血量为(60.5±4.8)ml、手术时间为(56.2±5.6)min，住院时间为(8.9±2.7)d优于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组2例出现并发症，低于对照组(7例)(P<0.05)。结论：脊柱膝关节发病率较高，致残率也比较高，采用微创手术治疗效果较好，值得推广使用。
