产科危重症评审对提高产科质量的临床观察

【摘要】目的：建立产科危重症评审评价系统，达到产科服务质量的提高。评审对象：对入住我院的符合危重症孕产妇进行评审。方法：依据危重症的诊断标准，提供相应的医疗情况，根据评审的过程进行相关性调查分析。结果：发现存在问题，及时进行问题的解决，以及对评审的结果进行总结，采取相应措施进行完善和整改。结论：建立良好的危重症评审系统不仅可以提高临床治疗的专业水平，对于危重症孕产妇患者的临床死亡率还可以有效地降低，进而提高了产科的服务质量。

【Abstract】Objective： to establish the critically ill obstetric assessment evaluation system， to improve the quality of obstetrical service. Object： To review in our hospital with critical pregnant women review. Methods： according to diagnostic criteria of critically ill patients， to provide medical corresponding correlation investigation， according to the analysis of the audit process. Results： the found problems， timely solution to the problem， and the results of the review are summarized， take corresponding measures to improve and rectification. Conclusion： the established critical review system good can not only improve their academic level of clinical treatment， clinical mortality for critically ill patients with pregnant women also can be reduced effectively ......
