【摘要】目的：探讨并总结50例重症脑出血患者的临床观察及护理要点。方法：对我院2012年10月至2013年10月收治的50例重症脑出血患者的临床观察及护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本院收治的50例重症脑出血患者中有4例患者死亡；20例患者经治疗康复后出院且神志清楚并能够自理部分生活护理；11例患者神志清楚但一侧肢体偏瘫，生活不能自理；9例患者神智浅度昏迷，言语不清，四肢肢体瘫痪；6例患者成为植物人。结论：重症脑出血患者病情严重且病程大多较长，密切观察患者的病情变化，积极采取应对措施，预防并发症的发生，再加上有效的护理干预可有效降低重症脑出血患者的致残率和死亡率。

    【Abstract】Objective： To study and summarize 50 cases of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage clinical observation and nursing points.
