【摘要】目的：探究带状疱疹的临床特点。方法回顾性分析198例带状疱疹患者。结果：发病无明显的性别及月份差异，以中老年较多(71%)，寻常型带状疱疹最为常见152例(76 %)，最易累及神经为肋间神经81例(40%)。结论：带状疱疹老年人发病率较高，最易累及肋间神经。

    【Abstract】 【Objective】 To observe the clinical characteristics of herpes zoster. 【Methods】 198 admitted patients with herpes zoster were retrospectively analyzed. 【Results】There were no significantly differences between gender and month. The elderly patients were in the majority (71%). The most common type was the ordinary type of herpes zoster with 152 (76%).The most easily affected nerve was intercostals nerve (40%). 【Conclusions】The morbidity of herpes zoster was higher in the elderly and the most easily affected nerve was intercostals nerve.
