【摘要】目的：分析小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗的术后护理体会。方法：回顾性分析45例先天性心脏病患儿的临床资料，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，其中观察组23例，对照组22例，比较两组的术后疼痛(VAS)评分、平均住院时间、并发症情况及家属满意度评分。结果：观察组的术后疼痛评分值、平均住院时间、并发症发生率及家属满意度评分均优于对照组，差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对先天性心脏病患儿加强术后的全面护理，可有效缓解其疼痛症状，缩短住院时间，降低并发症的发生率，提高患儿家属满意度。
