【摘要】目的：探讨曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床效果。方法：选取本院76例不稳定型心绞痛患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予不稳定型心绞痛常规处理予。观察组患者在常规处理基础上，给予曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗。观察两组血脂水平，临床症状及心电图疗效情况。结果：两组患者临床疗效、心电图疗效及治疗后血脂指标比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。。结论：曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效显著，可明显改善患者的临床指标和临床病症，值得临床推广使用。
