【摘要】 目的：比较显微根管再治疗与传统根管再治疗的临床疗效，探讨根管显微镜在磨牙根管再治疗中的作用。方法：随机选取临床上需要根管再治疗的磨牙256颗，按照治疗方法随机将其分为显微镜组(n=132)和传统组(n=124)。记录首次治疗失败原因，根管再次探查和疏通的效果、再治疗根管充填效果及一年的随访效果，比较2组治疗成功率。结果：256颗磨牙首次治疗失败原因有根管充填不完善、根管钙化、器械分离、根管遗漏、髓腔穿孔；显微根管再治疗一年随访成功率显著高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论：根管显微镜的使用，有助于提高磨牙根管再治疗的可视性及可操作性，治疗效果优于传统根管再治疗。
