【摘要】目的：探析高血压并急性心力衰竭老年患者的急救护理方法。方法：将我院2013年2月-2014年8月期间收治的100例老年高血压并急性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果：所有患者病情均得到有效控制，无1例患者死亡，均顺利出院。结论：临床上给予老年高血压并急性心力衰竭患者针对性护理措施，不仅可以降低并发症发生率，还能有效提高治疗效果，改善患者预后生活质量。

    【Abstract】objective： to explore high blood pressure and the method of first aid the acute heart failure in elderly patients. Methods： our hospital in February 2013 - August 2014 treated 100 cases of senile hypertension and patients with acute heart failure as the research object， the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.
