【摘要】目的：探讨尿微量白蛋白(MAlb)和尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)在糖尿病肾 病(DN)早期诊断中的意义。方法：采用放射免疫法对25例健康者和78例糖尿病 患者进行24h尿MAlb及β2-MG定量测定。结果：随着病程的发展，24h尿MAlb 排泄量和24h尿β2-MG排泄量逐渐增高。在糖尿病(DM)患者中24h尿MAlb排泄 量与24h尿β2-MG排泄量成正相关(r=0.477，P<0.01)。结论：24h尿MAlb排泄 量和24h尿β2-MG排泄量联检有助于全面评估DM的肾脏损害，早期诊断DN。
