【摘要】目的：探究丙戊酸镁辅助利培酮对精神分裂症阴性症状的治疗效果。方法：对66例精神分裂阴性症状患者随机分为两组：观察组采用丙戊酸镁合用利培酮治疗，对照组单用利培酮治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果及不良反应。结果：经治疗，观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对比两组患者治疗后的不良反应，无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：丙戊酸镁辅助利培酮对精神分裂症阴性症状患者进行治疗，具有良好的治疗效果，值得在临床中推广应用。
