【摘要】 目的：探讨人性化服务对老年糖尿病患者心理及生活质量的影响。方法：回顾性分析100例于我院就诊的老年糖尿病患者的临床资料，并分析人性化服务对患者的心理与生活质量的影响。结果：观察组患者的SAS与SDS评分均明显低于对照组患者，而QOL评分则明显高于对照组患者，且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：给予老年糖尿病患者人性化服务护理，能够显著地改善患者的心理状况与生活质量，值得在临床上大力推广应用。
