【摘要】：皮损内注射糖皮质激素是皮肤科常用的治疗方式，近年来关于“糖皮质激素皮损内注射”治疗皮肤科疾病的论文很多，笔者注意到其中较多的表述为“糖皮质激素局部封闭”。然而参考相关文献及发展历史，在皮肤科的应用中，皮肤科医师不叫局部封闭，而称之为局部注射或皮损内注射。综合以上，故笔者认为还是称之为局部注射或皮损内注射更为妥帖规范。
