【摘要】通过对目前临床药剂工作的现状、药剂管理的优势以及存在的缺陷进行分析，明确药剂的研究范围，总结优化药剂工作的措施，以期为临床药剂工作的改革提供了参考依据，促进药剂工作的发展。
