康艾注射液对大鼠肝纤维化的影响(2)
本实验证实在DEN制备的大鼠肝纤维化模型中,康艾注射液在一定程度上可抑制肝纤维化的生长。与以上实验使用单一成分不同,康艾注射液是由几种有效成分组成的复方制剂,各成分之间是否存在协同作用,值得研究。
康艾注射液具有益气扶正,增强机体免疫功能的作用,其对肝癌、慢性乙型肝炎的治疗作用已明确,但对肝纤维化的抑制作用临床报道较少,减少肝硬化的发生将一定程度的减少肝癌的发病率,本结论尚需临床进一步深入研究及证实,以扩大其适应症。
