2.3Extraction and isolation Seeds of A. katsumadai (10.0 kg) were refluxed in 95% EtOH for three times(3 h each time). After removal of the solvent under a reduced pressure， the extract(485 g) was subjected to silica gel column with fast elution of petroleum ether， chloroform， ethyl acetate， and acetone to afford four fractions.
