1.4.3Minimal fungicidal concentration assayMinimal fungicidal concentration (MFC) was determined as described previously^[13]. Briefly， 100 μL content from each well showing complete growth inhibition and from growth control wells was spread onto YM agar and colony-forming unit was counted after 24 h of incubation at 35 ℃. The MFC was defined as the lowest concentration of the compound that resulted in 99.9% killing of the initial incubating cell number.
