小分子单克隆抗体的制备与敲除技术研究进展(1)
[摘要]随着单克隆抗体技术应用的愈加广泛,其生产技术也日臻完善。小分子单克隆抗体技术也日益成为人们研究的热点课题。中药小分子单克隆抗体技术的应用也日益广泛,这门技术给中药有效成分的敲除提供有力的技术支持。该文就小分子单克隆抗体制备与敲除技术进行了综述。就其制备过程中的几个步骤,如:半抗原的制备,半抗原与载体偶联,人工抗原的鉴定及偶联比率的测定,动物免疫与单克隆杂交瘤细胞株的建立,单克隆抗体的大规模制备;小分子单克隆抗体的敲除技术的免疫亲和色谱柱的方法进行了详尽的阐述。笔者相信这门技术会使得中药的研究上更高一个层次,并且提高中药研究的国际化水平。
