不同加工方法野菊花HPLC与NIRS指纹图谱分析(1)
[摘要]该文研究了不同加工方法(直接晒干、蒸后晒干、炒后晒干)野菊花药材的高效液相(HPLC)与近红外光谱(NIRS)指纹图谱。采用NIRS分析软件中的判别分析法对不同加工方法野菊花进行判别分析，并与HPLC指纹图谱相似度分析结果相比较，分析结果一致。NIRS 与HPLC指纹图谱各具特点，2种方法结合，能够快速、准确地用于不同加工方法野菊花药材的鉴别。
