[摘要] 中草药根腐病是近年来严重威胁中药产业发展的重要因素之一。该研究主要就中草药根腐病的发生情况、病原菌种类的多样性、优势病原菌的区域差异性和引发症状的复杂性等方面进行了综述，并就利用拮抗微生物防治中草药根腐病的研究进展进行了概述，同时，还对目前存在的问题和研究前景进行了探讨和展望。
