[摘要] 该研究选择了96例老年脾肾阳虚型高血压患者进行研究，采用随机数字法将患者分为研究组和对照组，研究组采用金匮肾气丸联合硝苯地平控释片治疗，对照组采用硝苯地平控释片治疗。研究观察了对2组患者治疗前后的降压效果、中医证候减少效果和血脂，结果显示研究组降压效果、中医证候减少效果和改善血脂代谢效果均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。该研究结果认为金匮肾气丸联合硝苯地平控释片治疗老年脾肾阳虚型高血压可增强治疗效果，显著减轻患者的中医证候水平，还能改善患者的血脂水平，具有较高的临床价值。
