三脉菝葜的化学成分研究(1)
[摘要]采用硅胶,Sephadex LH-20,MCI及半制备高效液相等多种色谱技术,对三脉菝葜70%乙醇提取物进行化学成分研究,运用现代波谱学方法并结合文献对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。从该植物分离得到12个化合物,包括7个酚苷,4个木脂素及二苯乙烯类等。化合物1~11为首次从菝葜属中分离得到,化合物12为从该种植物中首次分离得到。该研究为促进江西野生中草药资源的开发利用提供了科学资料。

[Abstract]The chemical constituents were separated and purified from the 70% ethanol extract of Smilax trinervulaby various chromatographic methods including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MCI and preparative HPLC. Their structures were obtained and identified by analysis of the spectroscopic data. Compounds 1-11 were separated from this genus for the first time.Compound 12 was obtained from S. trinervula for the first time.
