“扶阳活血法”在冠心病不稳定性心绞痛治疗中的运用(1)

     [摘要]冠心病已成为全球重大公共卫生问题，不稳定型心绞痛为其重要类型。研究发现，胸阳不振、心脉瘀阻是冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的基本病机。其中，阳虚、血瘀在冠心病不稳定性心绞痛疾病中贯穿始终，而扶阳活血则为其主要治则治法。在临床治疗中，基于“扶阳活血”治则治法而成的“稳心汤”不仅能有效改善心绞痛症状，改善缺血心电图，更能显著调节血液流变学、血脂等。深化“扶阳活血”理论及“稳心汤”在冠心病不稳定型心绞痛中的运用对于提高临床疗效具有重要临床价值。
