羽叶丁香茎皮中环烯醚萜类成分(1)
[摘要]通过色谱方法从蒙药特色药材山沉香原植物羽叶丁香的茎皮中分到1个新的和5个已知的环烯醚萜，其结构经质谱，核磁共振谱等分析，及与文献数据相比对鉴定。化合物1命名为山沉香萜苷A(alashanidoid A)。5个已知成分分别为(8E)女贞子苷(2)，异女贞苷(3)，3′OβD葡萄糖女贞苷(4)，10羟基女贞苷(5)，木犀榄苷二甲酯(6)，其中3～5为丁香属内首次报道，2和6为本种内首次报道。化合物1～6抑制RAW2647细胞中NO生成和HepG2细胞毒的活性筛选，但不显示明显的抑制活性。
