傣药铁刀木叶中一个新的异吲哚生物碱(1)
[摘要]对傣药铁刀木Cassia siamea叶的化学成分进行研究。运用硅胶、凝胶、MCIgel 树脂及 RPHPLC 等多种色谱技术从铁刀木叶 90% 乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了1个异吲哚生物碱类化合物，鉴定为 5(羟甲基)2甲基6异戊烯基1酮(1)。生物活性测试中，其对 NB4，A549，SHSY5Y，PC3，MCF7的IC50分别为 32，46，28，64， 25 μmol·L-1。化合物 1 为新化合物，并且表现出一定的细胞毒活性。
