《野生动物保护法》与中药动物药的关系(1)

     [摘要]多数国家以消极方式保护野生动物，不重视甚至反对人工养殖，收效很差。我国则是消极保护与积极保护相结合，成效显著。中医药是我国医疗卫生事业的一大支柱，动物药的使用已有2 000多年历史，是治疗某些危急重症的有效药物。限用或禁用动物药将严重影响中医治病救人的作用，阻碍中医药事业的健康发展。严格保护野生动物与合理利用人工养殖动物相结合，符合我国国情，既有利于野生动物保护，又利于我国中医药事业的发展。
