黄芪与红芪SSR引物的筛选及鉴定指纹代码的构建(1)
[摘要]收集豆科SSR引物,通过分子标记技术,筛选验证可用于黄芪与红芪鉴定的核心引物。结果表明,101对SSR引物中筛选出6对有效鉴定引物,其PCR产物在相对分子质量100~500 bp,可形成的7~12 条数目不等的电泳条带,其中多态性位点55个,多态性比率为100%,平均多态信息含量为0371,多态位点建立的聚类分析(UPMGA)结果显示,获得的核心引物可在相似度为04处100%区分62份黄芪与红芪的混合样品,标记参试引物及对应的特征泳带,生成指纹图谱代码,为黄芪与红芪的鉴别提供依据。
