D纤维二糖对龙胆苦苷口服吸收的影响(1)
[摘要]该实验研究了D纤维二糖对龙胆苦苷口服吸收的影响。初步考察了不同用量的D纤维二糖在β葡萄糖苷酶或大鼠肠道菌作用下对龙胆苦苷的降解程度，发现D纤维二糖能够抑制龙胆苦苷肠道降解；在口服生物利用度实验中，在高比例条件下(龙胆苦苷D纤维二糖1∶5，1∶10)，D纤维二糖能够显著提高龙胆苦苷的口服生物利用度 (P<005)，推测可能是D纤维二糖竞争性结合肠道中的β葡萄糖苷酶，延缓了龙胆苦苷的降解，从而提高口服生物利用度。
