口服中药多糖调节肿瘤免疫应答研究思路(1)
[摘要]肿瘤免疫疗法是当前最重大的科学进展之一，从“阴阳平衡”的角度来治疗疾病的中医理论与恢复机体免疫功能的肿瘤免疫疗法异曲同工。研究表明应用“阴阳平衡”的思路指导中药多糖免疫抗肿瘤可以更好的为肿瘤治疗服务，但是目前中药多糖抗肿瘤免疫应答的研究主要集中在提高机体的免疫功能，缺少对免疫抑制因素的探索。同时，中药多糖在组成、结构方面的分析检测复杂性加大了研究其口服吸收代谢以及体内作用机制的难度。因此该文在对中药多糖的构效关系、吸收代谢过程、肿瘤免疫分子机制等诸多方面的研究进行总结的基础上提出中药多糖调节肿瘤免疫应答的发展思路，为更好的开发肿瘤免疫治疗的新型口服中药多糖药物奠定基础。
