透皮促渗中药挥发油的化学成分与中药药性关联性研究(1)
[摘要] 前期研究发现中药挥发油的透皮促渗效果与来源中药的药性存在关联性。化学成分是中药药性的物质基础，该文进一步考察了透皮促渗中药挥发油的化学成分与中药药性之间的关联性。采用水蒸气蒸馏法制备中药挥发油，测定了其相对密度和折光率等理化参数，采用GC-MS分析了20种中药挥发油的组成成分，将其按照骨架特征和官能团的不同分成12种类别，然后通过逐步Logistic回归分析，研究药性与成分类别之间的规律。结果表明，五味、四气以及归经均与挥发油中不同类别的成分存在关联性(P<0.05)，来源中药药性与挥发油的成分类别存在明显的相关性和规律性。
