傣药决明子中一个新的倍半萜类化合物及其细胞毒活性(1)
[摘要] 对傣药决明子Cassia occidentalis 的化学成分进行研究，以期发现新的活性化合物。运用硅胶、凝胶、MCI-GEL 树脂及 PR-HPLC 等多种色谱技术对活性成分进行分离纯化，根据波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构，并用 MTT 法测定了化合物对 NB4，A549，SHSY5Y，PC3，MCF75 株人癌细胞株的细胞毒活性。从决明子中分离鉴定了2个倍半萜类化合物(1，2)。化合物 1为新化合物，命名为6-羟甲基-4-异丙基-7-甲氧基-1-萘甲酸甲酯，该化合物具有细胞毒活性。
