[摘要] 研究湖南产水菖蒲的化学成分。利用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱技术从水菖蒲95%乙醇浸提物中分离得到1个倍半萜类成分，结合波谱和X射线单晶衍射数据，鉴定该化合物为1R，5R，7S-guaiane-4R，10R-diol-6-one，是1个新的愈创木烷型倍半萜。
