健脾补肾解毒法方药对猴艾滋病的免疫调节作用(1)
[摘要] 为了评价健脾补肾解毒法中药对猴艾滋病的干预效果。该实验选用8只同期SIV感染恒河猴，随机分为2组：健脾补肾解毒法中药组(以下简称中药组)和抗病毒药组，分别给予中药及抗病毒治疗8周，每4周采集外周血检测。结果显示，健脾补肾解毒法中药虽然不能像HAART一样明显降低血浆病毒载量，但可以升高外周血CD4，该亚群主要为CD4纯真细胞；使CD4和CD8功能细胞数量增加，增强对病原体的免疫应答；在一定程度上延缓了脾虚的出现和进展。表明该药有较好的免疫调节作用，具有相当的临床价值和应用前景。
