15种重楼属植物中8种甾体皂苷的含量测定(1)
[摘要]建立了同時测定重楼中 8种重楼皂苷(重楼皂苷Ⅶ、H、Ⅵ、Ⅱ、Ⅰ、Ⅴ, 薯蓣皂苷和纤细薯蓣皂苷)的分析方法,并对15种重楼属植物根茎中重楼皂苷的含量进行了评价。本研究采用Waters Acquity HClass TM液相色谱系统,PDA检测器,色谱柱为资生堂CAPCELL PAK ADME 色谱柱(46 mm×250 mm, 5 μm),乙腈水为流动相(08 mL·min-1)梯度洗脱,柱温21 ℃;检测波长为203 nm。可知①8种重楼皂苷得到良好分离,稳定性和重复性好,且线性良好(R2>0999 9),线性范围较宽(0041 70~3812 00 μg),平均回收率在9591%~1038%。②不同种重楼中重楼皂苷的含量差异显著,毛重楼、狭叶重楼和金线重楼中含量较低或基本不含重楼皂苷,不适合作为重楼药用;不同产地的七叶一枝花含量差异显著;滇重楼、长柱重楼、大理重楼和五指莲中重楼皂苷含量较高,最高达50%,长柱重楼、大理重楼和五指莲可作为潜在的重楼药用资源。
