药品不良反应与安全用药的研究分析(1)
摘要：合理用药始终与合理治疗伴行，是一个既古老又新颖的课题，也是药学工作者永恒的话题。随着，如何安全、有效、合理的用药已成为社会关注的热点。近年来关于药物不良反应(adverse drug reaction，ADR)的报道和讨论比较多，已引起了各方面的注意。下面结合临床工作实践，并结合，浅谈一下临床常见的药品不良反应与安全用药。
