     摘要：

    目的：对比分析利培酮、奥氮平、喹硫平和氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症的疗效。方法：选取本院精神分裂症患者180例，不同精神药物治疗，观察疗效。结果：治疗前3周的PANSS评分，氯丙嗪与另外三种药差异显著(P<0.01)。结论：利培酮、奥氮平、喹硫平疗效优于氯丙嗪。
