金双歧联合捏脊疗法治疗小儿功能性便秘的临床研究(1)

     摘要：

    目的：评价金双歧治及金双歧联合捏脊疗法治疗小儿功能性便秘的疗效。方法：选择小儿功能性便秘病例90例，随机分为对照组30例，金双歧治疗组30例(治疗组1)，金双歧联合捏脊治疗组30例(治疗组2)，除常规改善饮食结构和习惯，训练定时排便外，治疗的组加用金双歧治疗，金双歧加捏脊治疗，对照组只用常规治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为75%和93%，对照组有效率为47%。结果：金双歧治疗婴幼儿儿功能性便秘安全、疗效明显，联合捏脊治疗效果更好。
