摘要：
目的：研究探讨针灸和推拿联合治疗中风后早期肩-手综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取自2012年02月至2014年01月期间在我院就诊的140例患者，每组70例并对所有患者进行常规的针刺疗法和康复训练。对实验组患者在此基础上实施针灸与推拿联合治疗。同时对对照组患者在常规基础上联用推拿治疗。结果：治疗后，两组患者的病情均有所缓解，实验组患者总有效率达85.7%，对照组总有效率68.5%，两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针灸和推拿联合治疗中风后早期肩-手综合征，对患者具有显著效果，值得广大医学工作者在临床推广使用。
