摘要：
目的：观察眼针与针药结合法治疗痞满的临床效果。方法：将127例痞满患者随机分为对照组(58)和治疗组(69)。对照组采用针药结合治疗，治疗组在针药结合治疗的基础上给予眼针治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组69例患者中，治愈57例，占82.61%；有效11例，占15.94%；无效1例，占1.45%。对照组58例中，治愈24例，占41.38%；有效26例，占44.83%；无效8例，占13.79%。两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：眼针与针药结合治疗痞满疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
