摘要：
目的：探讨急性重症胰腺炎并发症的护理方法，提高治疗效果，减少并发症的发生。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的18例急性重症胰腺炎并发症患者临床资料，针对并发症采取“个体化护理”措施。结果58例患者并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征10例，感染3例，急性肾功能衰竭2例，消化道出血1例，胰瘘1例，肠瘘1例，18例患者经治疗及精心护理病情痊愈出院。 结论：科学的护理干预措施对于急性胰腺炎并发症患者的治疗效果有着十分积极的临床意义，值得临床借鉴应用。
