美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒在冠心病合并心律失常的治疗中应用效果观察

摘要：
目的：探讨美托洛尔联用稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并心律失常的临床治疗效果及应用价值。方法：选择我院治疗的冠心病合并心律失常患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用美托洛尔治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合稳心颗粒治疗，观察两组的临床治疗情况。结果：观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组，组间资料经统计学分析比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者服药期间不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒具有协同作用，治疗冠心病合并心律失常的临床效果肯定，治疗安全有效，不良反应较少，值得临床推广应用。
