胶原蛋白海绵在输卵管妊娠保守性手术治疗中的应用(2)

医用胶原蛋白海绵已广泛用于各种手术残腔充填，创面止血，促进创面愈合，用于输卵管保守性手术治疗的报道少。本研究40例患者均于输卵管开窗取胚后将医用胶原蛋白海绵填塞于输卵管开窗口内，缩短了术中止血时间，减少了术后渗出，可减少粘连的形成，提高了术后输卵管复通率，为再次妊娠和输卵管的生理功能创造良好的机会。其操作简单、无毒副作用等优点，具有一定的临床应用价值。
