     摘要：

    目的：比较两种静脉留置针穿刺方法对效果的影响。【方法】：对照组根据产品使用说明书采用穿刺后边退针芯边置管的常规方法；观察组采取持导管座和针芯座一起沿静脉走向送入导管全部或大部分的方法。【结果】：观察组置管成功率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】静脉留置针采用观察组穿刺法可提高一次穿刺成功率、减轻疼痛，优于传统穿刺法。
